• Contact us with your requirements as to size, location and type of investment properties you are interested in purchasing.  Usually a number of properties have to be analyzed in a specific market in order to select the best available and the one closest to your wishes.
   

• We discuss with you an overview of the market conditions in specific locations.
   

• We discuss with you briefly the type of ownership best suited for you - personal, corporate or limited partnership. The form of ownership often depends on where the investment capital comes from and to where the net income from the properties shall flow, continental or off-shore.
   

• We discuss the methods of purchasing, required equity and financing and then start checking the availability of the particular type of properties in the particular locations of your choice.
   

• If you decide to proceed we co-ordinate your personal visit to inspect the property and, if you are satisfied, the preparation of the Offer to Purchase by a lawyer appointed by you.
   

• We then negotiate the offer and once accepted, we co-ordinate during the usual due diligence period the many verifications which have to be made such as title, leases, financing, structural report, environmental certificate etc.
   

• After this is all satisfactory and accepted by you and your lawyers we co-ordinate the closing.
   

• After the closing we can undertake the management of the property either directly or through local managers under our supervision. Monthly reports are submitted to our investors.
